HHS In The Know

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & UPCOMING EVENTS

ANNUAL FAMILY CHECK-IN PROCESS: The “Annual Family Check-In” is an update of your household information for back-to-school.  Parents must have an activated parent login to complete the “Annual Family Check-In,” which cannot be completed with the student or mobile portal. All students must have their primary parent/guardian complete the Check-In process by Friday, August 8th. This is an online process, and parents are encouraged to complete the process as soon as possible to avoid delays at the beginning of the school year. Please note: there are three steps to the HHS Annual Family Check-In:

  • Step 1: Log on to your Parent Portal account on Infinite Campus. Click on the Annual Family Check-In link on the left menu bar, and click on the 2025-26 registry.

  • Step 2: Return to the Infinite Campus and complete any previous year fee payments and add any optional fees for the 2025-2026 school year (Yearbook, PTO donations, etc). All seniors are required to pay the $25 graduation fee. Course and athletics fees will be added to student accounts in September after class and team rosters are finalized.

  • Step 3: Also on the Heritage website - please take a few minutes to submit the PTO Volunteer Form - the final step of the Check-In Process. There are many opportunities to help - everything from one-time to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly commitments.

If you have any questions or need to sign up for the parent portal, please click this link to view HHS Summer Office Hours and contact information.

PARKING PERMITS: Parking permits are limited to Seniors and Juniors ONLY for the 2025-2026 school year. In order to receive a permit, all past due and required fees must be paid and paper copies of all current documents must be turned in with cash or check ONLY. There will no longer be an option to prepay online or email documents. Parking Permit Distribution Day will be on Monday, August 4th, Seniors: 9:00-10:30 am and Juniors: 12:00-1:00 pm. Please check the Parking website for all procedures, documentation requirements, and the required online application.

All 9th and 10th graders will be able to pick up their Chromebooks on Monday, August 11th from 12:00-1:00 pm. If you have a personal device and do not want to check out a Chromebook, they are not required.

  • Out-of-district public middle school (including STEM)

  • Private middle school

  • Littleton Academy or Littleton Prep

It is highly recommended that your student take the Math Diagnostic Exam on Tuesday, August 5th, at 1:00 pm at Heritage in the Second Floor Lecture Hall. Students will need to bring a pencil and a calculator. If you have any questions or to sign up in advance to take this test, please contact Math Teacher and Honors Diagnostic Exam Proctor Amanda Glerup at aglerup@lps.k12.co.us.

STUDENT SCHEDULES: First semester student class schedules will be available on Infinite Campus by noon on Wednesday, August 6th. If corrections need to be made, an electronic correction form will also be available online at that time. All requests for changes must be submitted online.

HERITAGE HIGH SCHOOL PTO NEWS: Every Heritage parent/guardian, teacher, and staff person is automatically a member of the Heritage PTO. With its all-volunteer board and generous parent donors and volunteers, our PTO funds and runs many projects that benefit our students and teachers and help to strengthen our school community. The Heritage PTO supports teachers and staff with appreciation campaigns as well as funds teacher grants. The PTO supports students in many ways and one example is donating to scholarships given by Heritage to first-generation college students. The biggest project of the year is After-Prom, the big celebration held immediately after prom each spring where we host several hundred students for a safe and fun late-night blast of food, games, entertainment and prizes - all donated by the wonderful Heritage community. How can you help?

  • Contribute to the HHS PTO when paying your fees for the 2025-26 school year. (Step 2 of the Annual Family Check-in Process.)

  • Complete and submit the PTO Volunteer Sign Up Form. (Step 3 of the Annual Family Check-in Process.)
